Dr. Pankaj Srivastava is a renowned ENT Surgeon of Lucknow and a specialist of facial cosmetic surgery. A pioneer of ear, nose and throat surgery, he serves as the Director of Pankaj E.N.T Hospital and Director, Scott’s ENT Hospital, the two best ENT hospitals of the State.
            Dr. Pankaj Srivastava was born on 17th November 1970 in the city of Allahabad. As a child, his intermediate education from Government Inter College, Allahabad with honors. He got national scholarship for his performance. In his childhood days only, he was very clear and focused about his aspiration. He joined IMS BHU as MBBS student but then he was offered the best medical college of Uttar Pradesh- King George Medical College, Lucknow as 27th Position in CPMT (U.P.).
             He did his M.B.B.S from King George Medical College. He got four silver and one gold medal during MBBS for various activities and did his M.S. (ENT) from the same institute as best post graduate student of the year.
              With his continued efforts and dedication he bagged the Best Post Graduate Student of the year in 1997. He also served as the Chief Resident in E.N.T Department of King George’s Medical College, Lucknow.
             He has participated in more than 100 national and international workshops and conferences in all supreme ENT institutes to add to his surgical skills, he is the first to establish a complete hearing and vertigo clinic in Uttar Pradesh in the name of Decibel  Hearing  and Vertigo clinic.  He became first to developed Cochlear Implant program inprivate setup of Uttar Pradesh and still continuing.

• • He is Mentor surgeon for many ENT surgeons for Ear and cancer surgery.
• • Presented at least 12 papers in state and national conferences.
• • He has two journals published in national Journal to his credit and many are in pipeline.

            He has been called to Wurzburg University, Germany for hands on training in Bilateral Cochlear Implant, attended course in House ear institute, Los Angeles, USA for  Micro ear surgery, Seoul, S. Korea for Laser surgery training, Copenhagen, Denmark and Greece for Digital Hearing aid training. He has also been to Amsterdam, Oslo, Switzerland, Singapore & Hong Kong for medical training.
             Dr Pankaj serves as an ENT Surgeon in 2 established hospitals namely: (1) Pankaj E.N.T Hospital and (2) Scott’s E.N.T Hospital.
             To fulfill his social responsibilities he is having regular 5 days a week OPD by junior ENT doctors in rural area at no profit basis and regular free camps also for last 4 years. He organizes regular awareness press conferences to educate people about health care. He has regular short term training programs at His hospital for upcoming ENT surgeons.
